Our
Apostle

Apostle Appiah is a humble yet powerful spiritual leader at the heart of PCMI, a Ghanaian-Italian Pentecostal church based in the UK. Known for his deep connection to God and his unwavering commitment to the well-being of his congregation, Apostle Appiah exemplifies servant leadership. His role extends beyond simply leading services. He is a spiritual guide, intercessor, and shepherd to the flock, constantly praying and seeking wisdom to help his congregation navigate the complexities of life.

Despite the inevitable challenges that come with leading a diverse and dynamic congregation, Apostle Appiah remains steadfast. Even in moments of stress or difficulty, he never wavers in his responsibility to intercede for the people, providing them with the spiritual support they need to weather the highs and lows of life. Whether through prayer, teaching, or counsel, Apostle Appiah is always looking out for his congregation's spiritual health and growth, ensuring they continue on their journey of faith.

LEADERSHIP

The Church & Its Assemblies in the UK

Pilgrim Christian Ministries International (PCMI) is a unique and diverse church, blending the vibrant cultures of Ghanaian-Italian, and African believers in a powerful expression of Charismatic Pentecostal faith. Every Sunday, the congregation takes a step closer to the “Promised Land,” representing spiritual growth, deeper community, and the fulfilment of God’s promises. Our worship is a rich mix of African praise, traditional Italian hymns, and English songs, creating a dynamic atmosphere where everyone feels uplifted and included.

Much like every Christian, our congregation faces their own modern-day “wilderness experiences” – financial pressures, cultural differences, and the challenges of living out the faith in a secular world. Yet, we remain united, trusting in God’s guidance through every trial. We know that faith is not just a moment, but a continuous journey, and we gather for prayer, fasting, and worship to draw strength from one another, just as the Israelites gathered around the tabernacle.

PCMI is filled with stories of God's faithfulness—whether it’s new jobs, family breakthroughs, or healing miracles. These moments of joy and provision remind us that just as God provided for Israel with manna and water in the wilderness, He is still meeting our needs today. At the heart of the church is a hopeful, expectant faith, trusting that God will lead us into a season of blessing and peace.
